Locally owned and operated since its inception, Tropical Realty began with one office in the Tampa Bay area in 1959. In 1988, owners Dewey Mitchell and Allen Crumbley had the foresight to align Tropical Realty with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, Commercial Division.
