Thanks To Our Longevity Leaders

“You can buy a person's hands but you can't buy his heart. His heart is where his enthusiasm, his loyalty is.” Stephen Covey

Did you know that the average job is now only 2.1 years in length? This means that the average worker could have as many as 20 different jobs in his or her working life. A recent study by MetLife showed that one in three employees plans to leave his or her job by the end of the year. According to a report, 76% of full-time workers, while not actively looking for a new job, would leave their current workplace if the right opportunity came along.

Given these startling statistics, Allen and I are especially proud to recognize those agents who have been with our company for 15 years or more. Their loyalty is a testament to their belief in this company, where we are going, and how we’re going to get there. Allen and I recently had the opportunity to have lunch with Kim Maini who has been with us for 27 years and Renee D. Dyer for 17 Years. Fantastic Job Ladies!

Many thanks to the continued dedication of our longevity leaders. Make it a great week!
