Meet Amanda Malhoit

Amanda is a Sales Associate in the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Her goal, as a commercial associate, is to provide her customers with the information they need to make good decisions for their business or investment, and to seek potentially beneficial opportunities for her customers.

Amanda takes pride in helping her clients navigate complex real estate transactions and is confident that with the years of experience and expertise of the Commercial Division team of professionals in her corner, she will provide the highest level of service to her customers.

Amanda is pursuing the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. As an institute candidate, Amanda has undertaken the rigorous training required of the designation. Once achieved, Amanda will be recognized as a commercial real estate leader who has a proven record of success in the field and has demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis. CCIMs are trained experts who can analyze opportunities to help clients make confident, informed choices.

Amanda graduated with honors from University of Georgia with a Master of Science in Consumer Science. Her college studies included consumer motivations, the decision –making process, marketing and merchandising, have provided a natural bridge to a successful career in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Amanda has a deep understanding of the motivations and goals of both sides of the real estate transaction. Her background, combined with her savvy approach to new business development is an invaluable asset that benefits her customers.

As a resident of the Land O’Lakes and Lutz area of Florida for over 18 years, Amanda has been a driving force in her community. She has served as the Central Pasco Honorary Mayor, American Cancer Society Event Chairman, and as American Cancer Society Team Leader raising over $60,000 in donations for the Society. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Amanda and her husband, Robert, a chiropractor in Land O’Lakes, are proud parents of two active young daughters.
