Alana Crumbley is a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida and the state of New York with experience in commercial transactions such as business brokerage, investment properties, land, leasing, and beyond. Her background before real estate consists of interior and architectural design as well as sales and hospitality experience. She has an understanding of engaging with investors, business owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and other commercial professionals.

Alana is a co-founder of VAT (Vino Advisory Team) which specializes in connecting high-net-worth investors with premier wineries, venues, and luxury agri-businesses across the U.S. and beyond. VAT provides expert advisory, strategic exit planning, and tailored marketing solutions to maximize value and ensure successful transitions. While VAT is national and sometimes international, the majority of Alana’s involvement and relationships are present in the Tampa Bay area and among associations such as ULI, CCIM, FGCAR, and more.

Crumbley’s goal, as a commercial advisor and estate specialist for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, is to help people make the best decisions for their businesses and investments, allowing her customers to move onward and upward towards achieving their goals (business and personal). She continues to become more involved with the Tampa Bay community and loves meeting new faces.

Alana is proud to call Florida home. She enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature as well as with her family. In Alana’s downtime, she is an abstract artist and loves to visit design centers and art galleries, surrounding herself by others’ creativity.
