A leader of one of the Tampa Bay area’s primary real estate firms since 1984, Crumbley maintains an active interest in the marketing of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with his primary emphasis in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Crumbley has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Allen Crumbley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Alabama in 1979. While attending on a football scholarship, he played under the leadership of Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. Allen considers himself very fortunate to have been “1st Team Status” on the 1978 National Championship Football Team. To this day, Allen draws on the lessons taught by Coach “Bear” Bryant.

Since 1994, he has served on the Board of the Pasco Education Foundation, playing a pivotal role in the success of the “Take Stock in Children” campaign, which awards scholarships to local at-risk students. He was instrumental in establishing the James P. Gills West Pasco Family YMCA and has served as President of the Greater Suncoast Area YMCA, where he continues to serve on various committees.

Allen’s community service extends to his involvement with the Rotary Club of Seven Springs, the West Pasco Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Family and Personal Interests

Allen enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife Alison, three daughters Alana, Leigha, Olivia, son-in-law Alex, and granddaughter Addison. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, biking, and, of course, cheering for Alabama Crimson Tide Football. His active involvement in his church and coaching youth sports further highlights his commitment to community and family.
