Meet Drew Gilmore

Drew Gilmore is a Commercial Advisor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group – Commercial Division. Drew earned a dual Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Marketing from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law. With seven years of experience in law, specializing in elder law, estate planning, real estate law, corporate law, and probate, Drew’s unique background makes him an asset to our team. These experiences allow him to excel in commercial real estate, with a strong foundation in complex project management, analytics, and a commitment to high-level service. His dedication and work ethic set him apart in helping clients navigate the intricacies of commercial transactions.

Currently, Drew is pursuing the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. As an institute candidate, Drew has undertaken the rigorous training required of the designation. Once achieved, Drew will be recognized as a commercial real estate leader who has a proven record of success in the field and has demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis. CCIMs are trained experts who can analyze opportunities to help clients make confident, informed choices.

A Tampa Bay native, Drew grew up in New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs and now resides in Palm Harbor with his girlfriend, Ineza, and their son, Luka. In his free time, Drew enjoys playing sports with his son, family vacations, and movie nights.
