Meet Erica Kielty

Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years, Erica brings deep local knowledge and a true passion for this vibrant community. Being married into a family who own a local business has given Erica firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face, and it has fueled her passion for helping clients succeed in commercial real estate. Before entering the field, she worked as a Medical Software Implementation and Training Manager, developing strong skills in organization, communication, and client service that now benefit her real estate clients. When she it not helping businesses find the perfect property, Erica enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her husband and their three children.
