Born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida, Jaden Parrish is proud to serve the community he’s always called home. With a strong foundation in sales and a passion for connecting with people, Jaden brings a hands-on, relationship-focused approach to every commercial real estate opportunity.

As part of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial, Jaden works with business owners, property owners, and investors across Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area. Currently operating as a commercial generalist, he focuses on business sales and commercial leasing while continuing to expand his expertise across all sectors of the market. Known for his clear communication and strong follow-through, Jaden strives to make every transaction smooth, transparent, and successful for his clients.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jaden is inspired by helping others achieve their goals and watching local businesses thrive. Outside of real estate, he’s a graphic designer and photographer who enjoys everything creative. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him near the water—fishing, jet skiing, or spending time on the boat—or exploring new places and meeting new people.
