Meet Kyle Capparelli

Kyle Capparelli is a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, serving clients throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets. He works with business owners, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants, providing thoughtful guidance and a strategic, relationship-driven approach throughout the commercial real estate process.

Kyle brings an extensive background in business development, executive sales, operations, distribution, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations ranging from privately held businesses to nationally recognized brands, helping clients navigate complex decisions, negotiate effectively, and identify opportunities aligned with their long-term objectives.

Before entering commercial real estate, Kyle held leadership positions across financial services, technology, healthcare distribution, and business operations. As an entrepreneur, he developed and managed a referral network of approximately 2,000 professionals while overseeing sales strategy, compliance, training, technology, and client retention. This combination of sales leadership, entrepreneurship, and firsthand business ownership allows him to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities from both a financial and operational perspective.

Kyle’s Christian faith is foundational to his personal life and professional approach. It guides how he conducts business, builds relationships, approaches negotiations, and pursues opportunities within the market. He believes lasting success is built through honesty, service, preparation, and treating every person with respect. Kyle is committed to understanding each client’s goals and providing the communication, market insight, and disciplined follow-through needed to help them make confident, well-informed decisions.

Outside of work, Kyle’s greatest priority is spending time with his wife and two children. He is passionate about serving his local community through prison ministry and coaching his son’s baseball team. Whether in business, ministry, or family life, Kyle strives to lead with faith, serve others well, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him.
