Lena Tan is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping clients navigate both the residential and commercial real estate markets with ease. Born in Shenyang, China, and having moved to the United States at the age of 12, Lena has called Tampa, Florida home for the past 30 years—and is proud to be considered a true Floridian.

Lena began her real estate journey in 2015, and through unmatched dedication, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, she quickly rose to become one of the top performers in her network—ranking in the top 3% nationwide. Over the past three years, she has expanded her business to include commercial real estate, where she specializes in retail leases and purchases, multifamily developments, hotel transactions, land acquisition, and international investments.

She has worked closely with developers and investors across the Tampa Bay region, facilitating transactions for restaurants up to 15,000 sq. ft., supermarkets, grooming shops, nail salons, and more. Her notable deals include Sushi Masa (Lakeland & Tampa), Ajisai Tampa, and MD Supermarket.

As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified New Home Specialist (NHS), Lena brings a global perspective and a refined skill set to every transaction. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is well-positioned to support both domestic and international clients seeking investment opportunities in the U.S.
