As a Senior Sales Associate with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group Commercial Division, Tim focuses on sales and leasing of office, retail and medical real estate opportunities. Bringing over 19 years of experience, Tim’s breadth of knowledge in sales, finance, marketing, and business management serves his customers well in helping them to make the best decisions to advance their real estate goals.

Tim is a highly motivated professional who enjoys all aspects of business from generation to execution. He has an extensive background in leadership, sales growth and retention. Capitalizing on strengths from business development and training, Tim has developed an overall blend of technical and business management skills to lead his customers to growth and profitability. Through leading by example, consensus building and performance management, Tim maintains strong customer relationships.

As a CCIM Candidate, Tim is pursuing CCIM designation, one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. Designees of a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, are recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Fewer than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisers currently wear the CCIM pin, making them the go-to experts in their respective markets.

Tim grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and has lived the majority of his life in the Tampa Bay area. He and his wife, Stephanie, have twin daughters. Both daughters are currently freshmen in college. Tim is an active member of the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel, and Business Network International.
